Brief Description
This cable tray roll forming machine is able to produce c channel shape cable trays. Whole line consists of 3Ton hydraulic decoiler, 9-roller levelling device, hydraulic pre-punching unit, cable tray rollformer, Turkey straightener, servo flying cutoff, run out tables, electric control system and hydraulic system, etc.

Machine Features

Machine structure is H beam steel welded base with gantry type roller stands.
All the roller stands are made of cast iron, which makes the machine much stronger.
Gear box transmission has long lifetime and ensures the machine run stable at high speed.
Fly cutting device cut ormed cable trays in a certain length continuously, no need to stop rest of the line when cutting.

Work Flow: steel coil uploading---unwinding---material levelling---punching and servo feeding---roll forming---straightening---cutting---final products
